1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official criminal records and we cannot pull records, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

The website points to custodians of Caldwell Parish records, including the sheriff, 37th Judicial District Court, Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS, and the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Louisiana law and the registry conditions restrict misuse of Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry data, and violations may carry criminal penalties. Registry information exists for public-safety awareness, never vigilante action or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check needed for a regulated purpose must come from an authorized Louisiana State Police process under R.S. 15:587 or a provider that complies with the FCRA.
